Although it is true that our Single-Family Telescopic Cover is smoothly moved manually (thanks to the bearings included in the wheels) there is the possibility of motorising the movement in order not to use human traction effort. In this case it will be necessary to implement a series of rails on the pavement (built of specially hardened aluminium) that for newly built swimming pools can be completely built into the ground-level pavement level, and for already existing swimming pools and MaperGlas roofing, they may be built superimposed on the pavement and without having to carry out any construction work.
This motorisation system provides absolute reliability to the movement of the roofing, being equally active whether the pavement of the ground is flat or rough, dry or wet.
With regards to the electricity supply of the motor, it can be connected and disconnected to the conventional mains electricity supply as desired by the user.
